Why don't we temporarily disable the Settings app if you don't want to make any changes to your Windows 11 settings or if you want to lend your device to a friend or family member but are worried about changes being made using the Settings app?
Now, disabling or disabling this in and of itself is actually fairly simple; users won't be able to access Settings or the Control panel as long as the settings we make are still in effect. If you're inquisitive, here are the steps right away.
Please open Group Edit Policy first.
Go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel next.
