Last October, it was reported that Microsoft intends to release a number of features in Windows 11, one of which is the inclusion of a screen recorder option in the Snipping tool application.

Regarding this feature, which was recently reported on the Reddit page and is still related to Update KB5021866 for the Windows 11 Insider Beta Channel, which adds the Quest option for Bug Bash on the Feedback Hub, it turns out that a related Reddit user discovered that the Quest page contains information about the long-announced Screen Recorder feature.

As shown in the image above, there is a brief introduction to the Screen Recorder feature, which will be available in Snipping Tool 11.2211.11.0 or later in the Windows 11 operating system. There is also information on how to use the Snipping Tool to record the screen.

With this news, it appears that this feature will be available soon for Windows 11 Insider Beta users, but when I checked on the same page (since I am also a Windows 11 Insider Beta user), it appears that the Quest is not available for everyone.

But certainly, hopefully, when this feature is released, this feature will be useful for users to use.
