However, there is one intriguing aspect, where this OOBE as usual will also be presented if the user's operating system is regarded as being quite old. Windows 10 2004 users may find OOBE in an unknown amount of time, provided that Windows 10 2004 users have used Build 19041.630 or 19041.610.

"An out-of-band upgrade for Windows 10, versions 2004, 20H2, 21H1, 21H2, and 22H2 was made available on November 30, 2022. (OOBE).
